Return and Cancellation Policy

At Morgan Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, and we are here to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • All original packaging and labels must be intact.

  • The product must be in its original condition and show only normal signs of handling.

  • Items related to hygiene must be returned clean and unused.

  • Any faulty or defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care cannot be returned.

Returns that meet all criteria will be processed within seven business days. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation and instructions for the next steps.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Intimate Apparel

To maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for underwear, lingerie, or other intimate apparel once the original packaging has been opened.

Please double-check your size, color, and style before opening your order. If there is any defect or we have made an error with your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.


How to Return Your Order

  • The reason for your return or exchange

  • A clear photo of the item if it is damaged or defective.

  • Your full name

  • Your address

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our customer care team will provide you with return instructions specific to your order. This ensures your return is processed accurately and efficiently.

Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package unless instructed by our team. Return addresses may vary, and in some cases, items may need to be sent to one of our international processing facilities.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please contact us via email with a clear written statement. Orders that are already being processed cannot be canceled.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be completed within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation request and the returned items.

Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless you selected our standard shipping option.

  • If your order is already in transit or has been processed, we cannot cancel it. Please wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.

  • Be sure to email us your shipping confirmation to help expedite the return process.

  • All returns must follow the instructions provided by our service team to be accepted.
